I started my career in BFSI operations, where accountability was not optional. Every number had to reconcile, every process had to hold up to scrutiny, and a mistake had real consequences for real customers.

Nine years in performance marketing later, I still work that way. Clear structure, honest numbers, and calm hands when a week looks rough.

Why only B2B

I work only with B2B companies, where deals take time and every lead matters. A B2B buyer is rarely one person. It is a committee of users, approvers and the person who signs the cheque, each searching and scrolling in their own way. Reaching all of them, and proving which marketing created the pipeline, is the work I enjoy most.

That focus also means I say no to projects that are not a fit. If you sell to consumers, I will happily point you to someone better suited.
